1912 Associates:- Carels Freres and Diesel Engine Co
1913 Built works at Ipswich Works for the manufacture of Diesel engines in multi-cylinder units up to 1,000 horse-power per cylinder. The site of the Works was about 46 acres on the outskirts of Ipswich, the actual Shops occupying about 10 acres.[1]
1914 Proposal to liquidate the company voluntarily because of problems with funds[2]
1915 The Ipswich works were acquired by Vickers to make engines for submarines - see Vickers-Petters
